Is really rare that an order gets damage, if it happens just send us an email to support@harheadedram.bike with the pictures of the problem and will fix it.
If by any chance you get the wrong item, send us a picture of the item that you received and a picture of your old brake pads, so will make sure to send you the right pads.
Yes if you place an order and we did not shipped it, you can cancel or change your order.
If we already shipped the order , you need to send us the order back to us for a full refund, after we received the item.
